I am trying this new fad called eating less.
We will see how it works.
SO... I am slow witted, easily distracted, and ambivalent.
That is how much I miss food.
And if you are skinny, please don't tell me to eat.
I know what you all eat.... and I call it not eating.
When my skinny girlfriends say, "Oh, Amber! You must eat breakfast!"
What I hear is, "Make pancakes, eggs, hash browns, bacon, and fresh squeezed juice!"
What they mean is, "Have black coffee and an apple."
Which means... "Don't eat."
Whatev.
I'm still hungry.
bwahahahaha! i just spit my 'snack' of bday cake out!!!
ReplyDeleteWELL - breakfast IS super important and you can eat all that - but just know there will be no 'snacks' until your light lunch of field greens and water and your dinner will be lame.com.
EAT crazy!!!! otherwise you may do what i do and put the butter in the pantry and cereal in the fridge!!
I hear ya...I need to get back on the no eating, I mean getting healthier train. But I think that means no more watching the food network ever cause it always makes me hungry.

ReplyDeletehello darling! i am so behind in my blog reading, forgive me. but i had to pop in and say that you are a rockstar and can accomplish anything that you put your sassy red-head to! being hungry makes me grumpy too and i am trying to eat less sugar and THAT makes me the grumpiest! xo!
